Élevé Recovery (“the App”) is a digital recovery coordination platform developed by Alacrity Consulting Services, LLC (“Developer”) and licensed for use by authorized nonprofit organizations (“Program Operators”) who provide housing, recovery, or support services to individuals in care.

By using the App, users agree to these Terms & Conditions. Access to the App is granted exclusively through an authorized Program Operator. The Developer provides the technology but does not administer any treatment, housing, or recovery program.

The App is designed to support communication, scheduling, and progress tracking for participants in nonprofit recovery programs. Users must be enrolled by a verified Program Operator to access the App.

• The Developer (Alacrity Consulting Services) maintains and updates the App platform.
• Each Program Operator manages user access, records, and communications in accordance with their own organizational policies.
• The Developer does not manage or have access to participant health or case records unless explicitly authorized for technical support.

Users agree to:
• Access the App only for authorized program activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of any shared information.
• Refrain from posting, sharing, or storing harmful or unlawful content.

Unauthorized use or attempts to access other users’ data may result in account suspension and notification to the Program Operator.

All program data is owned and controlled by the respective Program Operator. The Developer serves solely as a data processor under the Operator’s direction. For details on how data is handled, refer to the Privacy Policy.

The Developer provides the App “as is,” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. The Developer is not liable for:
• Errors or interruptions in service,
• Data loss resulting from misuse, or
• Any actions taken by a Program Operator or its staff.

Users should contact their Program Operator for questions related to program participation.

Access to the App may be revoked at any time by the Program Operator or Developer for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or at the end of a program enrollment.

For questions about your enrollment or program participation, contact your referring Program Operator or Foundation.

The Developer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you are a participant using the app through a referring nonprofit or foundation, please contact that organization directly regarding your account, access, or program participation.
The app itself does not manage individual user accounts or provide direct program support.
