A nonprofit organization supporting survivors of violence and individuals in recovery.
If you are an enrolled participant in a partnered recovery program, please contact your assigned case manager for assistance with:
• Account access
• Enrollment or intake
• Program updates
• Check-ins or task questions
• Emergency assistance
If something isn’t working as expected, try the following before contacting support:
1. Close and reopen the app
2. Ensure you have the latest version installed
3. Check that notifications are enabled in iOS settings
4. Check your network connection
5. Log out and back in
• Access to Élevé Recovery is invite-only
• Only verified program participants can log in
• Your email must match the email provided by your case manager

All information shared in the Élevé Recovery app is encrypted and protected according to our program’s confidentiality guidelines.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact support immediately.
Élevé Recovery is not an emergency service.
If you are in danger or in crisis, please call 911 or your local emergency line.
If you are a participant using the app through a referring nonprofit or foundation, please contact that organization directly regarding your account, access, or program participation.
The app itself does not manage individual user accounts or provide direct program support. If you are a nonprofit interested in a custom solution for your program, please email contact@alacritycs.com
